Annette O'Toole (born Annette O'Toole) is an American actress. She has played Marsh Stephen King, Marsh as well as Lisa Bridges. She also was Marsh on the TV Mini Series Adult Beverly in 1990. The character she played was Martha Kent in Smallville (Clark Kent's adoptive mother).
