Anna Silk
Anna Silk (born January 31 1974) is a Canadian actress most commonly known for her role as Bo in the Showcase television series Lost Girl. Silk was born in Fredericton New Brunswick, Canada. Silk is the daughter of Peter who is a professor, and Ilkay Silk, a prominent performer, actress, and playwright and Director of Drama in St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Some of Anna's earliest memories were of going to the play school and watching her mom work. Silk played a role as a young girl in commercials. She graduated with a Bachelor's in Arts from St. Thomas University in 1997. Theatre St. Thomas staged at least 2 early plays: Seven Menus & The Kitchen. Silk moved from Toronto and moved to Los Angeles in the years following 1999.
