Srushti began to prepare herself for her UPSC exam in her third year as an engineering student. When she graduated, she questioned whether she was able to be satisfied in the engineering role. Then she realized that her dream job was working in the civil service. She started to focus on it. She prepared for the engineering exams in just one and a half months, and stayed away from social media and all social media sites. She believes that focusing on her work is crucial to be able to pass the examination for government jobs and to be eligible for a job within the civil service. She was determined to get through the test in one go, and she put in lots of effort. Her daily routine included reading newspapers in order to be informed of the most recent news. Additionally, she received a lot of online support by gathering studies materials and watching Rajya Sabha TV.
